CHRISTINA KLOSTER

Managing Director and Operations Strategist

Christina has over ten years of experience working in-house for Fortune 500 corporations and for consultancies in operations and procurement-related roles serving both private and public sectors.  She has directly managed tens of millions of dollars of supply chain spend for goods and professional services at companies such as Capital One, ANN Inc. (Ann Taylor, LOFT brands), and Bridgewater Associates as well as conducted operations strategy and skills trainings for hundreds of clients at Fortune 500 companies with ICG Commerce and CEB. Christina has also completed change management and implementation for corporate procure-to-pay transformation.

With a father who worked as a procurement manager for over 30 years and a mother who worked in accounts payable, Christina was well-positioned to take on the procurement path. Christina is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals through process efficiencies, cost savings, and effective program management and implementation.

Christina received her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business with concentrations in Marketing and Global Business.  She obtained her BA from Wellesley College with a double major in Political Science and Economics.  She also maintains a LEED Green Associate credential and is committed to corporate environmental sustainability.

As mother to twins “Procurement” Peter and Paul, she hopes to continue the P2P family dynasty.  She currently resides in the greater Chicago area and is obsessed with devising new and better ways to teach her kids Mandarin Chinese.
